Experience sharing and knowledge management are key to any emerging body of knowledge such as the Most Significant Change (MSC) technique for participatory monitoring and evaluation. To facilitate this, communication and networking among practitioners, managers and researchers is necessary so that experiences are exchanged, best practices are shared and knowledge is managed within and across countries. Mostsignificantchange.org has been created in response to this need for knowledge management and dissemination of the use of the Most Significant Change technique.
